New Client Process
Once you request access to our portal system Time to Pet, we will approve your account within 1hr.
Once your account is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to activate your account.
When your account is activated, please provide all of your information and your pet(s) information as well.
You will need a lockbox for your house key for our sitters to use during every service. You can provide your own lockbox or purchase one from us ($25, added to the invoice). New clients will receive their lockboxes at the Meet & Greet. You will need to add your lockbox code to the Time to Pet profile and the location of where the lockbox will be placed. If you are using a door code or garage code you will need to provide the location of the spare key as a backup.
Once your account your account is complete, our admin will contact you about your service request dates and schedule a meet and greet with you and one of our pet care specialists.
MEET AND GREET
Before all services one of our pet care specialist will come out to meet you and your family FREE of charge. The sitter will contact via phone 24-48hrs before the meet and greet to introduce themselves and confirm the time and date of the meet and greet. The meet and greet allows you to meet the sitter that will be caring for your pet(s) and for the sitter to meet your pet(s) before the beginning of service. During the meet and greet the sitter will go over the information that you have provide in the Time to Pet portal. The sitter will confirm the service request dates, times and type of service. At the end of the visit the sitter will test out the house key to ensure that the works.
AFTER THE MEET AND GREET
• If you already submitted a service request and let the pet care specialist know that you would like to move forward, we will approve your request and send over your detailed invoice.
• If you have not yet submitted your request, please do so ASAP. Once your request is received, we will approve your request and send over your detailed invoice.
RESERVATIONS
All services request other than overnight services are to be made through the Time to Pet portal 48hrs before the requested service date. Overnight service request should be made a 3-4 days through the Time to Pet portal before the requested service date. Request will be approved within 24hrs.

All appointments are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once you’ve received your quote, confirmed your appointment via Time To Pet and paid the $50 security deposit, your appointment time will be secured.
All unconfirmed appointments will be cancelled. If there is a need to reschedule your services, dates, or times, please contact us at your earliest convenience at info@thislildogofmine.com.

Once your new client account request is received and your meet and greet has been set, your request will be approved on our payment and scheduling system Time To Pet with the information you provided.
When your account is activated, you will be able to confirm all of your information, schedule services, and add a credit card to leave on file for future processing of payments for services.

Payment
Full payment for services are due at the beginning of requested service dates.
Prices are determined by scheduled dates and the type of service that will be rendered. Cost and service options will be discussed during the initial meet and greet appointment and may be subject to change based on the specific needs of your household and pet(s).
All services requested through Time To Pet client portal are NOT finalized until the PET OWNER receives an approval for the requested services.
A deposit of 25% will be due upon approval of the service request. Security deposits will be subtracted from the TOTAL for requested services.
All payments via Time To Pet will be collected on the day services begin. The surcharge for electronic transactions will be included in the rates for services requested.
